Due to the nature of the products, live plants cannot be returned as they may contain pests or disease once they are out of our control. All sales are final.
Warranty
Ottawa Plants will deliver plants and products that best match the product descriptions on our web catalogue. We will not be able to refund or take any returns on products that are not suitable to your size or location of the product. All sales are final.
