Succulent Bulk Pack

Our succulent bulk pack has 6 to 8 succulents included. You can plant these together in a large planter or plant them separately in smaller, individual planter pots. Whatever your planting preference is, it will only require 1 bag of succulent, cacti mix to plant these little cuties! Succulents will not do as well in top soil, as they prefer a soil mix that dries out quicker.

The biggest benefit to buying succulents as your first plants is that they are low maintenance. Succulents do not require a lot of water, as you can water them once a month and they will be absolutely a-ok! Succulents should be placed in a space that receives indirect light. Indirect light is where sun or light is not beating down directly on a plant but indirectly provides your plant with light. Indirect light often bounces off a wall or shines in from a window across the room. As long as light fills the room, your succulent will receive the amount of light it needs.

Succulents are also pet friendly! This means if you have furry friends who hop up on shelves, and get curious, it will be okay if they try and sniff or have a little snack of your succulent. Of course, it is best for the succulent not to be nibbled at, but if this happens, your pet will just fine. The succulents we sell in our bulk pack are not poisonous.

Air Plant Bulk Pack

If you're not really into the whole dirt thing, air plants are the perfect pick for you! Air plants are even more low maintenance than succulents. They do not require you to plant them. They can be placed on a shelf, in a cute decorative dish or hang from a wall.

Air plants, although they do not require to be potted in any soil, will still need to be watered. Air plants should be misted with a spray bottle every few days. Air plants should also have one good bath each month, yep that's right a bath! Air plants need to be soaked in water for a minimum of 20 minutes each month. You can soak these in your kitchen or bathroom sink. Fill the sink with room temperature water and place your air plants in, dunking them in, and rotating them every few minutes so they soak it all up. After 20 minutes, shake them gently to remove any extra water in between leaves, dry on a towel and then place back in their home.

Your air plant can be put just about anywhere in your space! As long as it receives indirect light. Indirect light is where sun or light is not beating down directly on your plant but indirectly, either from bouncing off a wall or from across a window. As long as light fills the room, your air plant will receive the amount of light it needs. Air plants are also pet friendly!

The Zz Plant

If you are looking for a planted, low maintenance plant, the Zz plant is the perfect plant for you! Whether you are in a basement apartment or in a space that receives a lot of light, the Zz plant will prosperously flourish in your space! The Zz plant is generally impossible to kill!

The Zz plant does not need a lot of water. If the Zz plant is in a space with a lot of light than you will water your Zz plant once per week. If you are in a space that does not receive that much natural light, and you are using a lamp to shed light on your Zz plant, water bi-weekly or monthly. You will adjust the Zz plant's watering schedule based on the amount of light it receives. The main thing to ensure your Zz plant can grow, is ensuring the water can drain and dry up.

The Zz plant is noted as a poisonous plant for pets. However, most of our staff have Zz plants and pets and have never run into an issue with our pets chewing on the Zz plant. It is always better to be safe than sorry. If you are interested in buying the Zz plant, keep it out of reach from your pets and children just to be on the safe side.

The Snake Plant

The sansevieria, also known as the snake plant, is a very low maintenance plant. If you travel or don't want to spend too much time tending to your plant this is the right plant for you! These plants can be neglected for weeks at a time. The Sansevieria is built for longevity! Research has even shown that snake plants are able to help keep the air inside your space clean, removing toxins such as formaldehyde and benzene. Snake plants can grow anywhere from 8 inches to 12 feet with the right environment and care!

It is better to under water your snake plant than to over water. When in doubt, don't water. Check the soil to ensure it is dry before watering your Sansevieria. The snake plant is very versatile when it comes to light and room placement. They are capable of being in low, medium and high light. Sansevieria's prefer medium light but if in a relatively warm indoor environment with a sun lit room, they'll be just fine.
