How do you ship plants?
Our plants are hand selected, cleaned, and packaged in plant sleeves or boxes. All plant orders are personally delivered by our company.
What about cold weather?
During the cooler months someone will be required to be home to accept the delivery. We do not leave plants outside/unattended when the temperature is below 15°C.
What if I can’t accept my plant order?
Depending on the time of year and if its warm enough(15°C) the plant order can be left outside at the address provided. But during the colder days someone will need to be there to accept the delivery.
Can I change my shipping address?
Yes, however please contact us to change your address as soon as possible to avoid having your order delivered to the wrong place.
Do you offer same day shipping?
We do not offer same day delivery.
How long will I have to wait to receive my order?
We fulfill orders as quickly as possible and make weekly deliveries.
How do I pay?
Payments are done by Credit Cards or Debit and handle through our online store check out process.
Can I change/ cancel my order?
Yes, as long as the order hasn’t already been delivered. Please contact us immediately to make any changes or cancellations.
How much do you charge for shipping?
We currently charge a $10.00 fee per order.
Where do you deliver?
Our deliveries are setup by Postal code and handled through our online store. If we don't deliver to your area at time of checkout, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we can make other arrangements to get your plant order to you.
Why does my plant look different from the picture?
These are live plants and may not be exactly as shown. Plant sizes and heights fluctuate during the year and from one supplier to the next. Plants have naturally occurring imperfections and may have scarring, or residual cuts from the grower. Brown tips and edges are, in most cases, natural especially with the shock of being transported. While we make every effort to minimize transportation shock and clean the plants, there may be some undesirable leaves that have been left on for the overall health of the plants. If you have any concerns, please contact us with pictures and we will try to help identify and trouble shoot any issues you are experiencing.
Plant heights and sizes differ from one supplier to another and also throughout the year. In general plants are shorter and smaller in the Fall/Winter months compared to summer months. Plant heights are measured from the base of the grow pot. The "approximate height" stated in the plant description is approximate and can be more or less.
What is the difference between an item on sale and an item on clearance
Plants on sale are in good condition and go on sale when we have a surplus or we want to make room for more inventory. Clearance plants are plants that require TLC (Tender Loving Care) and need more care to bring them back to their potential. All clearance and sale items and plants are final sale.
Can I Return my order?
All sale orders are final. But should you have any concerns please contact us within 24-48 hours of receiving your order.
